    Three Ways To Dramatically Increase Your Sales

    If you are a die hard marketer like me, then you‘re always looking for that edge that is going boost your online sales. In this article, we are going to cover a few effective techniques that I use, that will increase your online sales.

    Information Pop Ups

    You can also increase the sales on your web site by using information pop ups. Traditionally, pop ups have been used to generate a window when a visitor enters or exits your web page, but not information pop ups. An information pop up is a window that will only appear when a visitor clicks on a link. The general purpose of using an information pop up is to provide your visitors with additional information about the product or service in your sales copy. In copywriting you can‘t sell features, only benefits, that‘s where the information pop up come into play. You can effectively use information pop ups, to display the features of your product.

    Information pop ups are also great to use for example purposes in your sales copy. A great sales copy will use information pop up windows to emphasize key points and examples. By allowing the reader the option to view the examples in the form of a pop up window they will be able to stay on your sales copy page. Without using an information pop up window, the reader will actually have to leave the sales page, forcing them to lose their place. If the reader loses their place, the chances are they will not reread the sales copy again, instead they will leave. By containing your reader and having thorough examples in your sales copy, it will increase your conservation rate, which means more sales.

    Thank You Pages

    By using custom thank you pages you can increase your sales up to 60%. You need to realize that your visitors are going to be impulsive and after they buy a product from you, they are in a buying mood. By using custom thank you pages you are taking advantage of their impulse to buy, by offering them another product or service. If you don‘t have another product or service to offer, then consider finding an associate program. You don‘t want to miss out on this opportunity to increase your sales up to 60%, do you? I didn‘t think so!

    When you are using custom thank you pages, make sure that the product or service is relevant to the original purchase, but not in competition with it. If you offer a product that is in competition and that may be better than yours, you could be looking at a refund. If want to have success with this technique, than offer a product or service that goes with and against it. For instance, on my custom thank you page for my ebook, Inside Internet Marketing I offer Mailloop (automation software), AssocTrac (affiliate tracking software), and Advanced Copywriting to my buyer. Each product is related to my ebook, but is not in competition with it.

    Follow Up Messages

    Since we just went over how to increase your sales with custom thank you pages, it wouldn‘t be complete without profiting from your follow up messages. Follow up messages are another good way to increase your sales dramatically, and it‘s completely automatic. You should be following up with your customer to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchase, to add a personal touch. If your customer is satisfied with your product, then they will buy from you again and again.

    What makes this technique so powerful? You have established your buyers trust, because if you didn‘t they would have never bought from you to begin with. After they have used your product, you have already established your credibility and built a solid relationship with them. So, when it comes time to follow up with your customer, you should present them with another offer. For instance, when someone buys my ebook, Inside Internet Marketing, they receive a follow up message three days after they purchase it. In that follow up message, I send them a list of some of my ebook‘s resources. Don‘t overlook this simple, but very profitable technique.
